Toulouse. In this new restaurant, Neapolitan pizzas and good humor on the program!

Things are moving in the sector Carmelites at Toulouse ! After Bánh Mì, Mr Madeleine or even Grandpa Samy, it’s the turn of the Tripletta pizzeria to settle in 13 rue des Filatiers. A restaurant specializing in Neapolitan pizza !

A small chain from Paris

Initially based in the Belleville district of Paris, this small chain has settled in the Pink City in the heart of August in a district that continues to evolve. “It’s a group of friends who is at the origin of this creation”, explains Sylvain Gibert, director of the Toulouse restaurant.

The establishment of Toulouse is the 7e to open its doors after several in Paris, Versailles or Bordeaux.

18 Neapolitan pizzas à la carte

Whether on the spot or to take away, Tripletta Toulouse offers a menu of 18 pizzas mainly made up of products from Italy. They are cooked over a wood fire and are distinguished by a gourmet and authentic side that is not found in all pizzerias. “It is also possible to add supplements to each preparation”, specifies the manager of this beautiful space where good humor and Italian spirit reign.

If you plan to go there at noon, know that there is a rather affordable formula at 13€90 including a pizza (margherita or marinara), a supplement (onions, mushrooms, zucchini, aubergines…), a small salad and a coffee.

A large terrace and a bar area

In the evening, the Tripletta enlarges its terrace and offers up to 50 covers. The pizzeria is open Monday to Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. then from 6:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. On weekends, continuous service from 11:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.

“We’re starting to find our clientele in this lively neighborhood,” says the friendly Sylvain Gibert, who recalls that there is also a bar area and a floor that can be reserved for groups of a minimum of ten people. “We can let people up if the floor is not reserved,” says the manager.
