Last Monday, a new pizza truck moved to Place Armand-Fallières, below the town hall. Its Pizza Meu Meu brand. Aged 25, young Emmeline Tuja is the new pizza maker. Originally from Saint-Léon, Emmeline spent her childhood on the benches of the Damascus school and played in the streets of Damazan. She then worked for a few years in the fast food industry. Having become a mother, she took some time to take care of her child. Now wishing to return to active life, she decided to create her micro-business to treat people with her pizzas, which had been very popular until then with her family and friends. A varied and original range is offered, the dough is homemade, the ingredients used are local products. In her Pizza Meu Meu truck, Emmeline Tuja and her pizzas are present in the central square of the bastide on Mondays from 5:30 p.m. to 9 p.m., as well as Thursday mornings during the market from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Pizza Meu Meu travels within a radius of 40 km for any order of 20 pizzas minimum.
