The Apple Card indirectly targeted by an investigation by the American administration

After Apple Payit’s the turn of theAppleCard to find themselves in the sights of the American administration. The documents submitted to the SEC by the investment bank Goldman Sachs tell us that the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau has just started an investigation into the overall management of credit accounts (reimbursements and payment anomalies). Goldman Sachs being the “financier” of only two credit cards, the Apple Card and a card from General Motors, there is therefore little doubt that the Apple card is the indirect target of this investigation.

This is already the second time that Goldman Sachs has found itself under the magnifying glass of the American administration: shortly after the launch of the Apple Card, the investment bank was caught in the act of sexist discrimination after granting higher credits for men than for women (with identical incomes of course).
