After more than 10 years at the head of theAnacapri, at Saint-Hilaire-du-Harcouët (Manche), Lionel and Regine Lukacs took a well-deserved retirement. They entrusted the keys of their pizzeria to new restaurateurs: Beatrice and Laurent Fardinin place since October 27.
More balanced schedules
Came from Caen (Calvados)the couple worked for 25 years in the bakery. “We decided to sell our business and change direction. We wanted to see something else, take on a new challenge and find a little more balanced schedule, ”explains Béatrice Fardin.
The field of catering, and more particularly the pizzeria, seemed obvious to them. “We wanted to stay in a catering business with customer contact. Pizza also allows us to stay in the middle of the dough. I’m not too lost like that, ”jokes Laurent Farbin.
Favorite for Saint-Hilaire
After visiting several businesses, the two Normans set their sights on Anacapri.
We fell in love with Saint-Hilaire-du-Harcouët and this restaurant. Saint-Hilaire is a dynamic family town, with all amenities and the people are very welcoming”
Fabien and Béatrice trained for about two weeks with Lionel and Régine Lukacs. “They left us a beautiful establishment and accompanied us very well in our beginnings. »
The same team
If the owners change, theteam of employees remains the same. “They are all great. We are lucky to be able to work with them”, rejoice the new restaurateurs.
The map has also been kept for the time being. “But we will surely make some changes and add our touch. This will be done in consultation with the chef in the coming weeks. »
