Pizza-style eggplant recipe
- 1 large eggplant
- olive oil
- 1 jar of tomato sauce
- 1 ball of mozzarella
- salt pepper
- Basil leaves
Wash the aubergine then cut it lengthwise into slices of about 1/2 cm.
Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and drizzle with olive oil. Bake for 10 minutes at 180°C.
Once the slices of aubergine are pre-cooked, spread the tomato sauce then add pieces of mozzarella. Season with salt and pepper and return to the oven for 20 minutes.
Serve the eggplant pizzas with a few fresh basil leaves!
