Since July 25, the pizzeria on the main street “Pizza Flamm’s & go” has been run by a new boss: Kevin Mounié. A boss, of course, but who gets his hands dirty! When we met him, it was he who shaped the dough ready to fall into the expert hands of the seasoned pizza maker that many Seclinois know: Jérémy. Then it’s time for phone orders (only), cash handling and deliveries for the rest of the staff. 5 people are currently working at Pizza Flamm’s & go and soon a 6e to strengthen the delivery team.

You don’t change a winning recipe

Kevin Mounié is thus at the head of his first pizzeria. “I’ve done different jobs before: in commerce, real estate, construction… But I wanted to set up on my own. The idea of ​​buying a pizzeria well located, with a good value for money and which is doing very well was imposed. Besides, I love to eat pizza! », smiles the young entrepreneur, originally from Paris, but who now lives in the area. What surprised him when he arrived? “The burger pizza is a hit! I did not know before arriving here”, he admits. The secret, without a doubt: good meat from “Fred Reception”, just opposite, and local flour from “La Camphinoise” for the dough. For the moment, Kevin Mounié does not modify the menu, because we do not change a winning recipe! But he has investment projects: buy new ovens and change the hood.
