Joël Tissier appointed President of Domino’s Pizza France

The French number 1 in pizza delivered and to take away will change president on January 1st. Andrew Bradley will leave his chair to Joël Tissier who will lead the destinies of the brand which should open its 500th restaurant in 2023.

The current Chief Operation Officer, Joël Tissier, 37, is called upon to take over the presidency of the French leader in delivery and take-out pizza, Domino’s Pizza France, at the start of 2023. An appointment which follows the announcement of the retirement of Andrew Bradley after more than 20 years with the brand and 4 years as President of the chain in France, owned by the master-franchisee Domino’s Pizza Entreprises Limited (DPE) which develops the brand in Australia, New Zealand, Japan, the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Denmark and Taiwan.

The 500e targeted

For the future president of Domino’s Pizza France, who served nearly 27 million pizzas in 2021 and achieved a volume of business under the brand of nearly €330 million in 2021 (excluding tax) for his 480 restaurants, the ambitions are high. Holder of a Specialized Master’s degree from the Lyon School of Management in Financial Engineering, Joël Tissier joined Domino’s in 2009 as a Franchisee Business Analyst, before occupying the position of Finance Business Partner within the company Boston Scientific then to return to the Domino’s brand in 2019 as Chief Operations Officer. In the line of sight, for the new No. 1 of the brand, the passage of the symbolic bar of 500 restaurants in France, probably in 2023.
