The television world is in mourning. Charlotte Valandrey died on July 13 at the end of the afternoon. According to our information, she was hospitalized in intensive care in Paris at the La Pitié-Salpêtrière hospital. She had undergone a heart transplant last June. The actress was 53 years old.

In June 2022, Charlotte Valandrey announced on her social networks that she was again hospitalized while waiting for a new heart. “My heart has reached the end of its course and I am therefore waiting for the one who will be my third heart”, she said on her Instagram account. A few days later, the actress had announced good news with the arrival of this long-awaited heart: “It’s wonderful. Thank you for all your prayers. They heard you. I will never forget it”.

Revealed in her adolescence, Charlotte Valandrey left the family home very early. Calling herself a“carefree”she then has unprotected relations with “an addicted musician, and other at-risk boys”. A few days before her 18th birthday, she learns that she is HIV-positive. In 1999, she met Arthur Lecaisne, with whom she married the same year. In 2000, the actress gave birth to a little girl named Tara. A few months later, the couple divorced.
