Two young men arrested by the men of the STPJ, as part of the investigation into a robbery in Montabo last weekend. A teenager had been seriously injured. They were arrested this Wednesday in Rémire-Montjoly.

They were arrested in Rémire-Montjoly in the Vieux-Chemin sector. For the moment, no information filters, except for the confirmation of their arrests by the Territorial Service of the Judicial Police.

These two young Guyanese men, in an irregular situation on the territory, according to our sources, are suspected of having fired on a 15-year-old boy who bought a pizza on the road to Montabo with his father. A case that had created a stir because the alleged attackers had fired without warning to steal a bag.

Today Keloa, the victim, came out of the artificial coma in which he had been plunged, after several surgeries. His days would no longer be in danger. This teenager had arrived the day before. That evening, with his father, he had come to see his family, his aunts, his grandmother. Then they decided to eat a pizza, in Montabo. They were rear facing.

They had just arrived when a shot rang out. The father looking towards Keloa, saw him on the ground. He had been shot in the back.

The two young people arrested are currently auditioning. The prosecution should decide whether or not to indict them within the next 24 hours. They stay presumed innocent.
