Apparently Qualcomm did not have the necessary authorization to use the licenses that had been granted to Nuvia. Therefore, ARM calls for the cessation of production and the destruction of products designed using its technologies (designed under ARM licenses) as well as fair compensation. But the firm is not alone in this legal battle; indeed, Apple also filed a lawsuit against Nuvia for exploiting its own technologies and poaching several of its employees.
