Apple releases beta 6 of macOS Ventura

Apple has just released the sixth beta version of the macOS 13 Ventura operating system.

Beta 6 of macOS 13 Ventura is now available for download, obviously for all developers registered with the Apple program and not yet for public beta testers. Beta is released one week after Beta 5.

The final version of macOS 13 Ventura, the new operating system dedicated to Macs, should arrive in October, as usual.

Among Ventura’s main innovations are:

  • New features for emails (unsubscribe, schedule sending, improved search, etc.)
  • Spotlight with improved image search and quick actions
  • Safari with shared panel groups and improved performance
  • Passkey for maximum network security
  • New features for messages (unsubscribe, edit message, advanced collaboration, etc.)
  • ICloud Shared Photo Library
  • Manager
  • FaceTime with transfer
  • Continuity Camera (use iPhone as webcam)
  • Freeform (new team planning and collaboration platform)

To update, you need to download the configuration profile from the developer portal or directly update the OTA if the profile is already present on the Mac.
