Apple: its plans for geographical reallocation of its production according to JPMorgan

(AOF) – JPMorgan is seeing more aggressive plans to outsource production from Apple and predicts that around 25% of its products will be made outside of China by 2025 compared to less than 5% today. For the iPhone, India seems to be the go-to place to diversify the supply chain outside of China. According to the analyst, Apple will likely transfer around 5% of iPhone 14 production to India from late 2022 and reach 25% by 2025.

The specialist believes that 20% of the production of the iPad, 5% of that of the MacBook, 20% of that of the Apple Watch and 65% of that of the AirPods will be located in Vietnam in 2025.
