In the Buitoni frozen pizza case, the complaints keep coming two months after a product recall campaign. And a testimony of weight overwhelms today Nestlé, the parent company of Buitoni.

BFMTV has indeed found Yasmine Motarjemi, senior executive of the Swiss giant, international manager of food safety at Nestlé from 2000 to 2010. She talks about practices that go against all ethics.

“They had linked the bonus, the managers’ bonus to product withdrawals. This means that if you withdraw a contaminated product, we withdraw a defective product from the market, you will not receive your bonus”, she denounces.

Dismissed for “difference of opinion”

This manager will tour the group’s factories for ten years and says that she has alerted her superiors to the safety problems she has observed. In vain.

As a result, she was fired by Nestlé in 2010 for “divergence of opinion” in the management of food safety.
